And just like that, PANTO week with Carharrack Players has come to an end!
This has meant a lot more to me than anyone realises….
To those who have known me for years, I took part in Cornish pantos pre COVID…and due to bullying from one panto group in Cornwall, I had to give up and stop.
Understandably I was very anxious doing something like this again…….and there were times where I thought I wouldn’t fit in due to my situation and past events.
I had nothing to worry about Carharrack Players have done SO MUCH for me and I am eternally grateful.
They have been very patient and understanding of my personal circumstances with being homeless and my mental health…. and they have accepted me as part of their panto family.
For the first time in a long time, they made me feel.like there is actually nothing wrong with me.
Just saying “thank you” wouldn’t cover it. I love every single one of them.

Was a pleasure to accompany you all and it was a BRILLIANT solid show. You all should be proud…cast, chorus, children, tech, backstage, committee, helpers… all of you. Well done!
